We work with kids and teens from the ages of 10-17 to teach Christian living with a focus on evaluating each decision based on Biblical principles while being true to finding and solving needs in every corner of life.
Our teens collect or produce clothing, toys, and other items, such as greeting cards, throughout the year in support of The People's Resource Center as well as Family Shelter Service in Westmont, IL, and Wheaton, IL, respectively.
Teens learn selfless service as exemplified through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ by being encouraged to participate in mission trips, musical performances, poetry, speeches, debate, etc.
These activities are designed with a focus on outreach helping others become more productive, healthy and caring citizens. Recently, our teens created 31 uniquely designed mother's day and birthday cards for abused women and children living in Family Shelter Service grounds.
Please help us serve, and bring your ideas and solutions, and let's explore the wealth of service opportunities as collaborators by reaching out to us.
